1. Who we are

This website, topteam-co.com, is operated by TopTeam Co. Entertainment (“TopTeam”, “we”, “us”). We provide hotel and resort animation and entertainment services based in Hurghada, Red Sea, Egypt. For any privacy question you can reach us at [email protected] or +20 111 166 6861.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need:

• Job applications. When you submit the “Work with us” form we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, preferred contact method, the message you write, and — if you choose to attach one — your CV file.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our server automatically records standard log data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.
• Cookies. A small cookie remembers your chosen language. Staff who sign in to the admin panel also receive a session cookie. See section 6.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information.

3. How we use your information

• To review your job application and contact you about opportunities.
• To respond to enquiries you send us.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or advertising profiling.

4. How your data is stored

Applications are stored on our own hosting and any uploaded CV is kept in a non-public folder that is not accessible from the web. A notification may also be emailed to our recruitment address. We keep application data only for as long as needed to consider you for current and future roles, after which it is deleted on request or during routine clean-ups.

5. Sharing your information

We never sell your personal data. We only share it with:

• Members of our own team who handle recruitment and enquiries.
• Service providers that help us run the site securely (for example our web host and content-delivery/security network). These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

6. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies:

• Language cookie — remembers the language you selected so the site loads in it next time.
• Session cookie — used only for staff who log in to the admin area; it keeps them signed in during their session.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the public site will continue to work, but it may not remember your language.

7. Third-party links & embeds

Our site links to our profiles on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and WhatsApp, and may embed videos or load web fonts from third parties. When you follow a link or view an embed, that third party’s own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for their practices.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are protected against cross-site request forgery, passwords are stored only as secure hashes, and access to data files is restricted at the server level. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop considering your application. To make a request, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
